5) Diagnostic Fees, Payments, and Taxes

Pricing, diagnostic fees, trip charges, labor rates, and taxes (if applicable) may be disclosed on the Site, by phone, by SMS/WhatsApp, or in writing at the time of service.

  • Diagnostics: A diagnostic/service call fee may apply for inspection and troubleshooting.
  • Authorization: You authorize us to perform diagnostics upon request. Repairs will generally require your approval of the final quote before work begins.
  • Payments: You agree to pay all approved charges. Payment methods accepted may vary and may include cash, card, invoice, or other methods as communicated.

If you suspect an emergency, stop using the appliance and contact appropriate emergency services or your utility provider.
