Where to find your model number (step-by-step)
The model number label is usually a sticker/plate on the frame, door edge, behind drawers, or near the control panel. Use the examples below to find it quickly.
- Open the dishwasher door.
- Check the inner door edge (left/right) or the top frame of the tub.
- Look for a sticker with Model, Mod, or Model No.
- Send us the model number — we will match the correct part.

- For countertop units, check the back or the door frame area.
- Open the door and check the inner frame for a sticker.
- Over-the-range microwaves may have the sticker inside the door or on the side wall.
- Send the model number and describe the issue (no heat, sparks, buttons not working, etc.).

- Check the frame behind the oven door (open the door and look around the front frame).
