Mobile Terms & Conditions – iPlushop

These Mobile Terms & Conditions (“Mobile Terms”) apply to text messages (SMS/MMS) and messaging services (including WhatsApp, where offered) provided by iPlushop (“iPlushop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By providing your mobile number, initiating contact with us via SMS/WhatsApp, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Mobile Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not opt in or communicate with us via SMS/WhatsApp.


1) Program Description

iPlushop may use SMS/MMS and messaging platforms (including WhatsApp) to send service-related and, where permitted, marketing-related messages. Message types may include:

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates
  • Service status updates and technician ETA communications
  • Estimates, invoices, receipts, and payment-related notices
  • Customer support and follow-up messages
  • Promotions, discounts, and special offers (if you opt in to marketing messages)

2) Opt-In and Consent

You may opt in by, for example:

  • Submitting your mobile number in a form on our Site and selecting/agreeing to receive messages
  • Texting us first
  • Requesting updates by SMS/WhatsApp

Your consent is not a condition of purchase. We may confirm your opt-in by sending a message acknowledging your request.

Message frequency varies depending on your requests, appointment activity, and your communication preferences.

4) Costs and Carrier Charges

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. iPlushop does not charge you for receiving messages, but your carrier may. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5) How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time:

  • SMS: Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving SMS messages (where supported).
  • WhatsApp: Reply with STOP or ask us to stop messaging you on WhatsApp.
  • You may also request removal by emailing contact@iplushopservice.com.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. If you later want to re-enroll, you can contact us again and request to opt in.

Mobile messaging services may not be available on all carriers, devices, or in all areas. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and/or messaging platform.

We may collect and use information related to your mobile communications as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number. We may share information with service providers who help us deliver messages (such as SMS platforms) as needed to provide the messaging service.

9) User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide an accurate mobile number and keep it updated.
  • You agree not to use the messaging service for unlawful, abusive, or harassing purposes.
  • If you change or deactivate your phone number, you should opt out or notify us to update your information.

10) Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Mobile messaging is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee message delivery, timeliness, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iPlushop will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or failed messages.

11) Changes to These Mobile Terms

We may update these Mobile Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued participation in our messaging program after changes become effective indicates your acceptance of the updated Mobile Terms.
